Healthy Hearts Dance Project

HMDT’s keep-fit-to-music classes are specifically designed for over 50’s. This project offers suitable dance exercises in variety of styles including Ballroom, Line Dancing, Salsa and Merengue. Classes are made available in different locations throughout Hackney and allow dancers to master dance concepts whilst helping to maintain physical fitness.
